COACHING AND ORGANIZER SUPPORT
Youth Climate Finance Alliance’s Coaching and Organizer Support is a personalized leadership program that develops the ideological, strategic, and tactical abilities of individual youth organizers and leadership teams by providing the intensive coaching, targeted training, and critical resources needed to wage and win fights against fossil imperialist villains.
In practice, this means a deep, "whole-body" commitment to organizer development, addressing the head (ideological development and strategic thinking), hands (fundamental organizing skills), and heart (motivational) challenges of organizing.
The Coaching and Organizer Support program coheres a national Organizer Support Network where young leaders can choose from a menu of support, including:
Individualized, one-on-one organizing coaching and mentorship to navigate complex campaign challenges.
Advanced trainings in direct action, campaign strategy, and fundamental organizing skills.
Training communities dedicated to shared learning, solidarity, and strategic alignment.
Access to a vast, digital library of critical organizing and political education resources.
Youth and Student organizers who feel lost, confused, or who could just use a little assistance from fellow revolutionaries can benefit from YCFA’s Coaching and Organizer Support programming, regardless of how much support they need.
