OUR MISSION

Youth Climate Finance Alliance believes that the work of an organizer, above all else, is to win. The best leaders leave more leaders in their wake and their egos at the door. To us at YCFA, this means we have to build an eco-socialist, democratic, mass movement that challenges the reigning climate mobilization efforts in the so-called U.S. We seek to leverage students and young people’s access to U.S. fincial institutions to Stop the Harm, Make Corporations Pay, and Build A Liberated World.

We will win by being specific and clear about the problem we face, sober in recognizing challenges, and fiercely and lovingly investing in youth leadership and organizing formations we believe will bring the necessary solutions to fruition. We’re steely-eyed in our pursuit of developing the revolutionary consciousness, skills, and organizations of youth and student organizers across the so-called U.S.
